The Application Process
Step 01
Choose Your Programme
Browse our full portfolio of Certificate, Diploma, HND, and Executive Education programmes and select the one that aligns with your career goals.
Step 02
Prepare Your Documents
Gather your academic certificates, a valid ID, a passport-size photograph, and a personal statement outlining your motivation and goals.
Step 03
Submit Your Application
Complete the online application form with your personal details, academic background, and programme selection. All fields are required.
Step 04
Await Confirmation
Our Admissions team will review your application and contact you within 5–10 working days with a decision and next steps.
Step 05
Enrol & Begin
Upon acceptance, complete your enrolment, pay your fees, and join your cohort. Welcome to the AILDS community.
Entry Requirements
What You Need to Apply

Certificate Programmes
- West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 credits including English Language
- Valid national ID or passport
- Completed application form
Diploma Programmes
- WASSCE or equivalent with at least 5 credits
- Or a relevant Certificate qualification
- Valid national ID or passport
- Personal statement (300–500 words)
- One reference letter
HND Programmes
- Relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience (preferred)
- Valid national ID or passport
- Personal statement (300–500 words)
- Two reference letters
Executive Education
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience
- Any relevant academic qualification
- Employer endorsement letter (recommended)
- Personal statement outlining development goals
